PSS agents are made, not born.
In order to maintain the best skills from the moment they become a member of the PSS to the moment they leave, our personnel complete high-intensity training at our affiliated educational and training institution, the Security and Safety Training Center.

Security Master System
The PSS not only evaluates the basic capabilities of its agents every year to ensure that they maintain a certain level, but also introduces and operates what is called a Security Master System to ensure that all agents can demonstrate their “highest capabilities” in all areas of their service.
